Prepare a box of baking soda, a flour sifter, and a bottle of essential oil. Add 4-5 drops of lavender essential oil to the baking soda.
Pour baking soda into a flour sieve, sprinkle baking soda evenly on the mattress with the sieve, and let it sit for about 1-2 hours.
Finally, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the baking soda on the mattress. During the cleaning process, you can pat the mattress to let the dust hidden in the sponge layer fly out, making it easier to clean thoroughly.
Remove odors

What should I do if my mattress has an odor? After cleaning the mattress, place a bowl of vinegar at the head of the bed, keep the bedroom ventilated, and let it sit for a day to reduce the odor.
If the odor is strong and difficult to remove, you can try another method: first mix dishwashing liquid and white vinegar in a ratio of 1:5, then add an appropriate amount of water to dilute it.
Pour the solution into a spray bottle, spray it evenly on the mattress, and let it sit for about half an hour. If you are worried that the water has not dried completely, wipe the surface of the mattress with a dry towel.
Remove sweat stains

If the mattress turns yellow due to sweat stains and is inconvenient to wash, you can use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to clean it.
Take 250ml of hydrogen peroxide, add three teaspoons of baking soda, and two drops of bleach. Place the mixed detergent in a spray bottle and spray it on the sweat stain.
If the sweat stains last for a long time, you can use a toothbrush with detergent to gently scrub them and let them sit for 1 hour. You will find that the yellow sweat stains have disappeared.
Removing urine stains

Families with children often have urine stains on the bed that are difficult to clean. Now, with just a few things, you can easily remove urine stains and odors.
250ml of hydrogen peroxide, 3 teaspoons of baking soda, and finally add 1 drop of dishwashing liquid and mix thoroughly.
You can also add some lavender essential oil to help remove odors from the mattress.
Spray the mixed solvent on the urine stain on the mattress. After about 10 minutes, the urine stain will be completely removed.
