Shake is a relatively young furniture brand        by Italian furniture industry standards . The company, based in Trento, started operations in 2011 and specializes in small furniture.

       Andrea Zonta , the founder and designer of Shake , may not be heard of by most people, and there is little information about him on the Internet. In fact, he is the son of Italian furniture maker Luciano Zonta . Luciano Zonta is one of the world's furniture manufacturers, producing antique and classic furniture .

       Drawing on his father's years of experience, Luciano Zonta embodies his concept of living space environments. Starting from the balance between functionality and shape, style and comfort, a vibration of luxury and rigor creates these values, redefining and reinventing materials.

       Shake is a new concept of furniture as a whole ; it is based on the use of natural materials, finding beauty in functionality, and composing freedom. The name was inspired by the furniture philosophy of the Shakerss community, the pioneers of the United States .

       Shake is not an independent piece of furniture, but a combination of tables, chairs, bookshelves, beds and modular storage systems . It is dedicated to the profound experience of contemporary rooms. With freshness and heat of creativity and precision, in different moments and situations, the Shake project interprets, organizes and increases the value of the house, thinking of always unique solutions according to the dreams and needs of the residents.

       Using non-toxic paint featuring water, solid wood certified FSC, which means it comes from respecting nature, society and the fruits of human labor, Shake helps improve the world we live in.

       Today Shake is easily recognisable by its signature style ; the simple plasticity and luxurious texture of natural wood, reflected in minimalist furniture forms.
