Ligustrum lucidum
An evergreen tree that can reach 25 meters in height. Both its flowers and fruits are ornamental. The inflorescence is terminal and small, white. The fruit is kidney-shaped or nearly kidney-shaped, red-black when ripe, and covered with white powder. Ligustrum lucidum likes light and warm and humid climates. It tolerates shade, cold, waterlogging, and pruning, but cannot tolerate barrenness.


Acacia
Small tree (2-4 meters high), both flowers and leaves are ornamental: leaves are bipinnate, covered with grayish white soft hairs; 1 or 2-3 yellow capitula are clustered in the axils of leaves, spherical in shape, very fragrant, flowering from March to June. Acacia likes light, warm and humid climate, and is drought-resistant.


Worry-free flower
Tree (5-20 meters high), old branches bloom (cannot be heavily pruned), axillary inflorescence (large), yellow flowers, red at the back, with long flower cores, flowering from March to April. Worry-free flowers like light, fertilizer, warm and humid subtropical climate, not cold-resistant, and are excellent greening tree species for streets, gardens, parks, and factories and mines in southern China.

The first of the ten famous flowers, a small tree (4-10 meters high), the flowers bloom before the leaves, solitary (sometimes 2) in a bud, rich in color, strong fragrance, flowering in winter and spring. Plum blossoms like warm and humid climates (but not waterlogging), drought-tolerant, not cold-tolerant (low temperatures will delay flowering).


Red Sakura
Small tree (1-3 meters high), head inflorescence axillary, about 25-40 small flowers close together, spit out long dark red filaments, forming a pompom with a diameter of about 3cm, beautiful and lovely, flowering from August to September. Red cherry blossoms like light, warm and humid climate, not cold-resistant, and are tropical flowers.


Intoxicated by the fragrance of smile
It is a tree (up to 30 meters high), usually one bud can produce 2-3 small flowers, forming a cyme of 2-3 flowers, with white petals, and blooms from March to April. Michelia sempervivum likes light, warm and humid environment, is drought-resistant, cold-resistant, barren-resistant, slightly shade-tolerant, has strong germination ability, grows rapidly, and has certain shade tolerance and wind resistance.


Yellow bell tree
Deciduous tree (up to 5 meters high), flowers are terminal, open before leaves, panicle, golden yellow, funnel-shaped, petals are wrinkled, very dazzling, flowering from March to April. Yellow bell tree likes warmth and is only suitable for cultivation in tropical and subtropical areas.


Purple bell tree
Another color of the trumpet tree has flowers that range from rose red to purple red. A single flower can bloom for about 10 days. The leaves begin to shed in November, and the tree begins to bloom at the end of November until March of the following year.


Rose red oak Suzuki
Evergreen tree (up to 25-30 meters high), racemose or compound racemes, flowers similar to those of the purple bell tree (the rose red bell tree flowers are lighter in color, light pink or white), flowering period from April to May. Rose red bell tree likes a sunny, warm and humid environment, tolerant of flooding, not cold tolerant.


Hibiscus tiliaceus
Evergreen tree (4-10 meters high), terminal or axillary flowers, flowering period June-August, bell-shaped corolla, yellow petals, dark purple inside base. Hibiscus tiliaceus likes sunny, warm and humid climate (slightly shade-tolerant), has strong adaptability, and is resistant to cold, waterlogging, drought and barrenness.


Plumeria
A small deciduous tree (5-8 meters high), with terminal cymes, flowering from April to December, fragrant flowers, white outside corolla, yellow inside, resembling an egg (hence the name), with slightly reddish markings on the outside of the corolla tube and the left side of the outside of the lobes. Plumeria likes a warm, humid and sunny environment, is drought-tolerant, slightly shade-tolerant, not waterlogged or cold-tolerant.


Sausage Tree
Deciduous tree (up to 15 meters tall, named for its cylindrical pods that resemble sausages), flowers and leaves bloom at the same time, flowering from June to August. Flowers are yellow, racemes (up to 30 cm+ long), very spectacular. Sausage trees prefer warm, sunny growing environments (slightly shade-tolerant), drought-tolerant, not waterlogged.


Ironwood
An evergreen tree (about 10 meters tall, named for its hard material that is difficult to cut with a knife or an axe), with yellow flowers in racemes that grow in the axils of the branches, flowering from October to November. The ironwood likes strong light, is heat-resistant, drought-resistant, moisture-resistant, barren-resistant, and alkali-resistant, and is easy to transplant.


Red maple
Large tree (up to 30 meters high), both flowers and leaves are ornamental: flowers bloom before leaves, flowering period from March to April, mostly red (seldom light yellow), small but fragrant, quite ornamental; leaves are palm-shaped, new leaves are slightly red on the front, then turn green, until dark green, and the back of the leaves is gray-green. In autumn, the leaves turn from yellow-green to yellow and finally red, which is very dazzling.


Purple Leaf Plum
A small deciduous tree (up to 8 meters high), its flowers, fruits and leaves are all ornamental: the flowers are white, with filaments of varying lengths, and the flowering period is April; the fruits are like ordinary plums, yellow, red or black, slightly covered with wax powder, and the fruiting period is August; the leaves are elliptical, ovate or obovate, with an acute tip, and are purple-red all year round. Purple-leaf plums prefer sunny, warm and humid climates, are relatively tolerant of water and humidity, and are not drought-tolerant or alkali-tolerant.


Jade bell flower
It is a tree (10-14 meters high) with terminal or axillary racemes, flowering from May to July, with white or pink flowers and fragrance. It likes a warm, humid environment with plenty of light (it can also tolerate semi-shady environments), has a certain degree of drought tolerance, and avoids waterlogging.


Hairy
Deciduous tree (6-15 meters high), both flowers and leaves are ornamental: flowers are borne in terminal corymbose cymes, white, fragrant, dense, flowering in May; leaves are papery, opposite, dark green above, light green below, densely covered with grayish white short soft hairs. Hairy ash prefers a sunny growing environment and cannot tolerate barrenness.


Angelica
A small deciduous tree (up to 10 meters tall), the flowers and leaves bloom at the same time, from early June to mid-July, the flowers are white, cup-shaped (disc-shaped when in full bloom), relatively large (7-10 cm in diameter), and fragrant (aromatic oil can be extracted). The angel flower prefers shade and humidity.


Plane Tree
It is a large deciduous tree (up to 35 meters high), known as the "king of street trees", with ornamental leaves, trunks and flowers: large, triangular leaves, 3-5 palmately divided; the trunk is relatively smooth, the gray-green or gray-white bark will peel off irregularly, and after peeling off, it will turn pink-green and look more colorful; the flowers are ball-shaped and head-shaped, and the flowering period is from April to May. The plane tree likes warm and humid climates and is relatively cold-resistant.


White Orchid
An evergreen tree (up to 17 meters high), with white flowers, slender petals, extremely fragrant, and essence can be extracted. The flowering period is from April to September. White orchid likes a growing environment with sufficient sunlight, warm and humid, but is afraid of high temperatures, and is not cold-resistant, drought-resistant, or waterlogged.


Plumeria
A tree (10-20 meters high), with large pink flowers that bloom before the leaves, bright and eye-catching, flowering from April to May. The pygmy plant is native to valleys and moist forests on hillsides at altitudes of 400-1500 meters, and is now widely cultivated.


Haizhou Changshan
Small tree (up to 10 meters high), terminal or axillary cymes, fragrant flowers, white or pink, filaments and styles extending out of the corolla, flowering from August to September. Haizhou Changshan likes sunshine and moisture, slightly tolerant of shade, drought, and barrenness, has a certain degree of cold resistance, and is not tolerant of waterlogging.


Brandy Begonia
Deciduous tree (up to 7 meters tall), with deep pink, double-petaled, large, very beautiful flowers, flowering in April. Brandywine likes a sunny, warm and humid environment, is cold-resistant, and resistant to diseases and pests.


Violent Martin
Deciduous tree (up to 15 meters high), with large and sparse panicles (20-25 cm long), white or yellowish-white flowers, fragrant, flowering from May to June.


Silver Birch
Evergreen tree (4-8 meters high), both flowers and leaves are ornamental: flowers are more like red melaleuca, racemose, born at the top of branches, stamens and styles extend out of the corolla tube, the tip is curved, flowers are bright red; leaves are deeply pinnate, the back of the leaves are covered with brown velvet and silver-gray silky hairs, like pine needles. Red-flowered silver birch likes warm and humid environment, and is resistant to extreme heat, drought, barrenness and cold.


Osmanthus tree
Evergreen tree (up to 18 meters high), axillary cymes, each axil with more than ten small flowers, rich in color, yellowish white, light yellow, yellow or orange, very fragrant, widely used, flowering period September to early October (there are also varieties that bloom all year round). Osmanthus likes a sunny, warm and humid environment, heat and cold resistance, afraid of waterlogging.


Torchwood
Deciduous small tree (up to 12m high), flowers, fruits and leaves are all ornamental: terminal panicle, light green flowers, densely covered with hairs, female flower style with red prickles, flowering from June to July; drupes dark red, flat spherical, densely packed into a torch shape, fruiting from August to September; leaves odd pinnate compound leaves, leaves turn red in autumn, very spectacular. Torch tree likes light, cold-resistant, drought-resistant, barren, water-resistant.


Cannonball Tree
Evergreen tree (22-27 meters high), both flowers and fruits are ornamental (old stems bloom and bear fruit): large and colorful flowers, racemose, shallow saucer-shaped, pink or dark red inside, light yellow outside, flowers bloom in clusters and hang down, flowering period May-November; spherical, tea-brown, round like rusty ancient cannonballs, long-lasting and not falling. Cannonball tree likes high temperature, humidity, and sunny environment.


Horse Chestnut
Deciduous tree (up to 25 meters high), both flowers and fruits are ornamental: terminal cylindrical inflorescence, small inflorescence often composed of 5-10 flowers, white, very beautiful, flowering period April-June; spherical fruit, yellow-brown, with very dense spots, fruiting period September-October. Horse chestnut likes light, warm climate, slightly shade-tolerant, cold-tolerant.


Rose Pomegranate
Small tree (up to 5-7 meters in height), both flowers and fruits are ornamental: the flowers are minute-shaped and tubular (the former are easy to bear fruit, the latter are easy to fall off), with single petals and double petals, and rich colors (mostly red, but also white, yellow, pink, agate, etc.). Rose pomegranate likes light, warm climate, drought resistance, some cold resistance, not waterlogging, not shade.
