Go to bed and wake up on time every day
Studies have found that people with regular sleep schedules are less likely to have sleep problems. If you can't fall asleep on time, at least try to wake up at a fixed time.
Do aerobic exercise
Doing some aerobic exercise before bed can help you fall asleep quickly. For example, do a yoga routine half an hour before bed. Be careful not to do anything too strenuous. If you want to do it, do it at least 3 hours before bedtime, otherwise it will make you feel excited and make it harder to fall asleep.
Sleeping with socks on
Wearing socks to bed in cold weather can actually help you sleep better. It increases blood flow to your feet and transfers heat from your core to your extremities, slightly cooling your body and inducing sleepiness. With winter approaching, women who have trouble sleeping should definitely try wearing socks to bed!
