The crispness of the corn combined with the meaty aroma of the sausage
You want to eat more after you've finished eating, whether you're watching TV or a game.
These are great snacks for small gatherings with friends.
It's an excellent choice for afternoon tea!

Prepare ingredients
10 hot dogs
10 bamboo skewers
Oil
batter
Half a cup of cornstarch, 1 cup of flour, 1 small cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of oil.
Detailed steps

Mix cornstarch, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Then add egg, milk, 1 tablespoon of oil, and honey, and stir to form a batter (the batter should be a little thick).

Heat a pan over medium heat, pour in oil, and wait for the oil to heat up. At the same time, insert bamboo skewers into the center of the hot dogs.

Pour the batter into a tall cup, insert the hot dog upside down, and immerse it completely in the batter.

Then slowly remove it and immediately put it into hot oil. Holding it by the stick, fry it until all sides are golden brown. Remove it and drain the oil.



You can eat it as is after frying, or you can dip it in sauce.
It's definitely healthier and tastier than what you buy on the street!
