Eight health and wellness tips you should know before it's too late!

1. Don't stay up late.

If you stay up late, please go to bed as early as possible. Don't assume that because you're young and healthy, you can prevent autonomic nervous system dysfunction.

If staying up late can be basically divided into four stages:

In the first stage , you won't feel physically exhausted from staying up late.

In the second stage , if you stay up late, you will find that you can't fall asleep even if you go to bed early at night, and you can't get up in the morning.

In the third stage , I would wake up after sleeping for a short while at night, but sleep soundly during the day.

The fourth stage is autonomic nervous system dysfunction. I can't sleep day or night.

2. Don't get angry.

When you're extremely angry, don't punish yourself for other people's mistakes. This is a simple statement, but difficult to put into practice. Anger can spread like liver wind, leading to high blood pressure. Middle-aged people must start paying attention to their blood pressure.

3. Avoid cold or hot foods.

Excessive consumption of cold foods can lead to a constant feeling of coldness. Conversely, excessive heat can also cause discomfort. Elderly people often say, "Eat while it's hot," and many people enjoy eating and drinking very hot things. However, many people's esophagus is not as sensitive to temperature as their mouth, so when eating hot food or drinking hot water, they swallow quickly to avoid burning their mouths. But in reality, the esophageal mucosa can be burned, and the esophagus will repair the burned area. This constant cycle of "damage-repair-damage-repair" can easily lead to esophageal cancer.

4. Avoid oily and salty foods.

Eat it occasionally. Consuming it regularly can easily lead to atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. Aging is troublesome. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat less food containing trans fats, such as cakes, cream, and cookies. These things are very unhealthy.

5. Exercise regularly

Don't stay in bed, as this can lead to a lack of energy. Irregular exercise can easily cause significant fluctuations in your blood pressure, making it either too high or too low. Exercise doesn't mean jogging. You can choose any method that makes you feel tired, as long as you enjoy it.

High blood pressure can cause dizziness and swelling.

Low blood pressure feels like inexplicable fatigue, shortness of breath, with or without dizziness.

The sensations of both low and high blood pressure can also include bloating and dizziness, but not as pronounced as high blood pressure or swelling.

Push-ups are not recommended for people with high blood pressure; they should be done under the guidance of a doctor.

6. Give your eyes a rest.

Avoid staring at the screen for extended periods. Taking a break for a minute or two, or even 45 minutes, will make your eyes feel much more comfortable.

7. Don't make things difficult for yourself.

Don't always feel sad, don't overthink, don't dwell on the past, look to the future; there are many happy things in life. Stay away from people who make you sick. Some people make you sick when you're with them, and you don't know why. They might be angry or frustrated, but that's all. It's important to make yourself happy, forget about unpleasant things, and let yourself be happy.

8. Healthy weight loss

Don't lose weight too quickly. If you lose weight too fast, your blood vessels will lose the support of fatty tissue, making your blood pressure unstable. Also, don't diet. Absolutely reject any form of dieting. Simply adjust your diet to a healthy structure, exercise more, eat less oil, salt, and sugar, and eat some whole grains, and you can achieve a healthy and slim figure.

Finally, I wish everyone good health. Whether it's knowledge about health preservation or diet and daily life, we should learn the most scientific methods and not just blindly follow others.
