For example, Chinese food has been established in America for over two centuries, giving rise to "Americanized Chinese food." While many Chinese people believe Americanized Chinese food is no longer authentic, it is precisely the kind of Chinese food Americans enjoy. Besides Chinese food, American cuisine is incredibly diverse. Here, we'll introduce Cajun cuisine.

Cajun cuisine originated from the Cajun people, descendants of French immigrants who lived in Louisiana in the southern United States. These immigrants were expelled from Acadia, eastern Canada, by the British in the latter half of the 18th century and settled in the Louisiana region, where they flourished and developed a unique Cajun culture, music, customs, and cuisine.
