8 Free Cleaning Tips

1. Removing Mold from Walls:
90% of households experience water seepage, mold, and blackening of walls. For large areas, it's recommended to scrape and redo the walls. However, for small areas of mold, a mixture of baking soda and white vinegar can solve the problem. Simply spray the mixture directly onto the moldy areas, wait a few minutes, and then wipe it clean with a scouring pad.

2. Cleaning the Range
Hood: hood stains are the most difficult to clean in the whole house. For simple grease on the surface, mix baking soda and dish soap in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the mixture to a cloth and wipe the surface clean. For stubborn grease inside the range hood, a mixture of baking soda, salt, white vinegar, and cola is needed. Soak paper towels in the mixture, then stick them to the range hood vents for about 10 minutes. The grease will adhere to the paper towels.

3. Cleaning the Stovetop:
You'd never guess what you're looking for for cleaning the stovetop—banana peels! Banana peels contain a lot of tannins, which not only remove grease but also polish. Repeatedly wiping the stove surface with banana peels will quickly remove grease.

4. Cleaning tile grout:
If you don't have grout in your tiles, remember this trick: Mix toothpaste and cola evenly. Then spray it onto the tile grout and gently brush with a toothbrush; the grout will be exceptionally clean.

5. Removing wallpaper:
Those with children know that children's wallpaper is often of very high quality and impossible to peel off by hand. Today, I'll share a little trick: Set a hairdryer to a hot setting and blow on the sticker. Once the adhesive softens, it can be easily peeled off without leaving any residue!

6. Removing graffiti:
Besides stickers, graffiti is even more bothersome. Children love to draw on walls with watercolor pens. You can use a tissue dampened with white vinegar to wipe away these marks; most children's watercolor pens on the market can be dissolved by white vinegar.

7. Cleaning all glass in the house:
Whether it's window glass, shower glass, or mirrors, mix baking soda, white vinegar, alcohol, orange peel, and water. Stubborn calcified stains on the glass will wipe off easily.

8. Cleaning window screens:
Many mothers know how troublesome it is to remove and clean window screens. Today, I'll teach you a trick to clean them without removing them. Add baking soda, white vinegar, and dish soap in a 1:1:1 ratio to a spray bottle, then add an appropriate amount of water.
