The coffee table is a part of the feng shui of the living room, and it is also an indispensable piece of home furnishings. In fact, the placement of the coffee table also has its do's and don'ts. The right size and correct position can subtly bring blessings to the home.

[Style] The choice of coffee table can reflect the owner's taste. Whether a coffee table can be integrated with other furniture in the living room and not conflict with it requires special attention when choosing a coffee table.

[Color] The color of the tea table should be chosen in accordance with the owner's fortune, which is more conducive to the owner's fortune. For example, people with a favorable fortune in wood can choose a tea table in the green series; people with a favorable fortune in fire can choose a tea table in the red or purple series. [Material] When choosing a coffee table, first pay attention to its style to match the overall home decoration style. Currently, the common coffee tables on the market include pure glass, metal with glass, solid wood, marble, rattan, metal with plate and other materials.  

Pure glass and metal match. Glass tea tables have a clear, fresh and transparent texture, which matches the fashionable and modern decoration style. Wooden tea tables give people a gentle feeling. Light wood tea tables are very suitable for matching with the currently popular light-colored leather sofas or fabric sofas; carved or parquet wooden tea tables exude a gorgeous beauty; stone tea tables have beautiful textures and can convey a natural and simple feeling. Marble tea tables are suitable for different decoration styles according to their different colors.

[Height] When choosing a coffee table, it is best to choose one that is low and flat. If a person sits on the sofa, it is ideal if the coffee table is no higher than the knee. In addition, there must be enough space in front of the sofa for the coffee table to be placed. If the sofa and the coffee table are too close, it will cause many inconveniences.  

[Size] As mentioned before, the sofa is the host and the coffee table is the guest. The sofa should be tall as the host and the coffee table should be short as the guest. If the coffee table is too large, it will overshadow the host and is not a good omen. Therefore, the coffee table in front of the sofa should not be too large. If the coffee table in front of the sofa is too large, it will overshadow the host. It should be avoided if possible to avoid unrest in the family. The simplest way to resolve this is to replace it with a smaller coffee table. The host and the guest will work well together, so it will not be an eyesore and will conform to the principles of Feng Shui.

[Position] As the name suggests, a tea table is a piece of furniture used to display tea sets and for the host to entertain guests. Considering its purpose, the tea table should be placed in front of or on both sides of the sofa.  

[Fixed] When using the coffee table, it should be placed in a relatively fixed place. Do not move it back and forth at will to avoid disturbing the Feng Shui. When placing things on it, handle it with care and avoid collision. When moving it, it is better to push the bottom support to move it.

[Door] Do not place the coffee table opposite the door. If the coffee table is in a straight line with the door, it is called "opposition" in Feng Shui, which will cause wealth to be scattered everywhere. In this case, it is best to move the coffee table away to avoid conflict with the door, or place a screen between the two, so that the air flowing in from the door will not directly hit the sofa.
